Mother's Day Grooming Advice
May 9, 2011 / /
Spoken by the youngest at a very early hour, inches from my head on the pillow:
“Those lines there (finger poke) are they wrinkles? I think you are getting wrinkles. That means you are going to die soon.”
Followed by:
“Did you know you should always check your eyebrows for dead flies? I checked and I found one there yesterday.”
Hope your Mother’s Day was a good one!
Dead flies in his eyebrows or yours? 🙂
Ya know, after I had to go pick him up at the nurse’s office today (he RAN into a metal pole — he’s fine) I pointed out that he bears some responsibility for those wrinkles. And I wouldn’t be surprised to find them in my eyebrows at this point.
It is not a good idea for me to sip my drink as I read your post – I came dangerously close to spluttering it everywhere! Morbid and hilarious all at the same time – love it! 🙂
You have to admit….he is never dull!
Dull would not be a bad thing!
My oldest once helpfully pointed out the “mad triangle” between my eyebrows.
And can I guess at whom you were mad? : )
